How typical. Ive returned to blogging and I have nothing to say today..
I have returned, and I have been away quite a while. My original plan was to go off-line for a few weeks with the intention of updating the look of my blog. However, many things took more importance than blogging so the weeks turned into months.
I’m still planning to update the look of this blog as well as posting again.
My posts before were during a real dark period of life, they received a lot of feedback and its one I don’t wish to endure for many decades to come. Things are back on track, music, life, you name it.
Things look good.
I need to take a break from Blogging. However I shall be back shortly with a new look..
I spent the evening packing up my studio and clearing my room out. It is almost time to say goodbye to the room where I first discovered making music. Very soon, those boxes will be open, and another room, another incarnation of my studio will be up and running.
I wonder what kind of music I’m going to make in the new studio.
Now dear readers, you must find it interesting that I talk about my music yet you cant hear it.
Soon… soon.. you will hear it. I’m sure you will like it.
I read a lot of blogs. Some are downright rubbish, others are superbly written and I envy them. This evening I was reading the blog: For Love Nor Money and Steve’s latest post: Delurking pretty much sums up my current feelings about a marginal walker
I strive to create a blog that interests, and who knows might entertain. A lot of my posts have not been musical, more cancer diary than a journal of my quest for sonic perfection.
New blog writers have a learning curve in order to find that distinctive voice that keeps more and more people coming back and even passing comment. I do wonder about my content at times, and I would love some feedback on areas of improvement for more reader interaction.
I don’t sit in the studio and construct what I type here. I go with the flow. From cancer to Glen Michael and then forwards to writers block. Perhaps I should plan my posts before I type?
As ever, feedback no matter positive or negative is valuable.
