If you could be more than who you are, more than what you do in life at present, if you could be something, if you could be everlasting, what would you want to do to achieve it?
It is a question I ask myself once a week. The answer as ever for me lies in music.

In fact, there are a lot of people searching for me on Google. If you are reading this and you typed Stephen Sherry in Google search, I’m curious as to why. If I’m famous without knowing it, let me know.
Speaking of Glen Michael, Ive not seen him around recently. However I actually enjoy his show on Saga FM every Sunday evening. He plays some really good tracks, from music hall ditties to movie soundtrack music. Mature chilled out music. He is worth a listen.
I couldn’t believe it that Cecil Buckland is actually 80 years old. I will continue to say, if I’m 80 in this life, I want to be as young and healthy looking as him.

Everyday for lunch I spend £10. I am no obese and I dont eat much during the day. Im too slim for my 6ft 3inch frame.
Okay, Stephen where does the £10 go on? Cigarettes? Lunchtime beer?
Nope. Diet Irn Bru along with my Sandwiches.
Over the years, this beautiful tincture of coloured water with artificial sweetner has been my number one vice. Its bad I know, its also financially bad at 50p per can.
A lot of money to drink then expel from my urethra, its an addiction that comes on from time to time. I remember once many years ago my mum bought 48 cans from a cash and carry. They were gone within 24 hours.
I gave it up from my early to mid twenties, drinking lots of water and yearning for a portaloo. Then I went back on the cans again, discovered 7Up Free which is just amber nectar to me, but I can hardly find it in Glasgow.
Having looked at the spendature of Diet Irn Bru consumption, Im going to give it up. Ive bookmarked a few websites that sell portaloos.

Blog — Stephen
My time away from blogging has caused a MASSIVE decline in readership. At the peak of its powers, a marginal walker was getting about under a 1000 hits a day, with a few comments and a good number of private emails.
Now that is not happening anymore. Its like starting all over again. Im currently getting 5 hits per day and about 20 spam comments to add to the falling ratings.
Now, is it the good summer weather that has contributed to the near non readership as well as my blogging sabbatical?
Or are my blog postings just devoid of interest?
